Immune Boosting Ideas

As a holistic health practitioner, I look at the whole person, their diet, lifestyle, relationships and environment.

I empower clients in ways that help them flourish in all aspects of their life.

When our immune system is dysfunctional, it can have a detrimental impact on all the other systems of the body.

Diet is essential, but so is managing our stress levels and having healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Keeping the environment, we live in, as loving, respectful and non-toxic as possible aids our all-round wellbeing.

It's essential to have as many of the rainbow colours as possible on your plate each day. Your brain and body will be very grateful to you for ensuring they have a great variety of fruit and vegetables that have high vitamin C levels.

Vitamin C is one of the biggest immune system boosters of all.
