Being present, honouring our personal freedom, core values and loving what we do - helps our pituitary gland and hypothalamus send those happy hormones dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin dancing through our bloodstream, with the added benefits of pain relieving endorphins traveling round our system to soothe our body.


Rather than the stress hormone cortisol which is the gateway to pain, inflammation and many diseases.


We are only in control of our world - not others.
